Print335 Russian scholarships for Vietnamese students
Update 13/05/2013 - 08:34:29 AM (GMT+7)Russia will grant 335 scholarships to Vietnamese undergraduate and post-graduate students in 2013.
Of the total, 175 students will benefit from post-graduate courses in Russia, according to the Ministry of Education and Training.
Candidates who do not know Russian will study the language one year before official courses. Successful candidates will be sent to Russia in September or October 2013.
The Russian Government will offer school fees and accommodation while Vietnamese Government will give a return ticket and cover visa registration, travel, and medical fees, as well as monthly subsistence allowances.
Candidates are not allowed to change training subjects and institutions as registered, except that the training institutions do not have subjects meeting candidates’ needs.
Application deadline is May 24, 2013.
The grant is within the framework of the education cooperation agreement between the two countries.
