STU is a comprehensive and flexible training University.
The program and study time at STU for regular system and successive system into university are equivalent.
- University: 4 years
- College: 3 years
- Vocational training: 2 years

- Training requirements:
In order to meet the requirements about abilities and pointed duties in the future, Bachelors (Engineering) are trained in diversification to offer opportunities for graduates to adjust to different works, make them active and improve their professional skills in the future
Therefore, the STU training program includes completion knowledge, mentioning to all parts of branches: basic sciences (Advanced Mathematics, Physics, English…), foundation technology subjects and major knowledge from theory to practice.
The target of STU incessantly increases practice time in comparison with theory for students improve their skills higher and higher, trying gets “scale 1: 1”. Besides, STU incessantly create conditions for students to approach advanced techniques, the latest technology at manufactures.
With such the knowledge structure, graduates can meet different duties or jobs well, and various economic fields: Information Technology, Electrical- Electronics Engineering, Constructions, Food Process, Mechanics, Automation, Business Administration, and Art Design.
From the academic year 2009- 2010, the STU program is shifting to the credit education system. This creates good conditions for learners and improves STU’s training quality to gain a new worthy status in accordance with study needs and human resources’ requirements in our society.
